Our AI models are developed, trained, and deployed by us. Figulab does not send your creative inputs to third-party AI model services. We process reference images, text prompts, and selected settings only as needed to generate requested outputs, maintain safety, troubleshoot failures, and protect the service.

We apply reasonable safeguards to user photos, creative content, and personal data. We do not make private inputs public without your action. Published outputs and associated profile details are visible according to the audience and controls shown in the App.

  • Diagnose errors, secure accounts, and improve performance and usability.
  • Respond to support and comply with valid legal obligations.

Where required, our legal bases include performing our contract with you, your consent, compliance with law, and legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, balanced against your rights.

Information may be disclosed only: to infrastructure or operational providers acting for us under appropriate restrictions where needed to run the App; to Apple for in-app purchase administration; when you choose to publish or communicate with other users; to comply with valid legal process; to protect users, rights, and service security; or as part of a business reorganization subject to continued protection and applicable notice.

We do not use third-party AI model providers.

6. Retention and Security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including providing the account, completing transactions, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, meeting legal obligations, and maintaining limited backups. Retention varies by data type and context. When no longer needed, information is deleted or de-identified.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No storage or transmission system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You may also manage public content, notifications, subscriptions, and device permissions through the App, Apple settings, or device settings. We may need to verify your request. You may appeal a decision or contact your local data-protection authority where those rights apply.

To submit a privacy request, email support@figulab.store. Deleting the App alone does not necessarily delete your account or content.

Figulab is not directed to children below the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from such children without valid parental authorization. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information improperly.

9. International Use

Your information may be processed in locations where we operate or maintain infrastructure. Where required, we use appropriate measures for international transfers. Mandatory privacy rights in your home jurisdiction remain available.

10. Updates

We may update this Policy as Figulab or applicable law changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when legally required. Material changes will not be applied retroactively where prohibited.
